Refund policy
Returns
Tropez Boutiques will accept returns for items purchased on the oolalastyle.com store within 15 days of delivery date for a refund minus an $8 return shipping fee.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns from in-store purchases or items purchased through an alternate retailer at this time.
Items that are heavily discounted may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or not as shown. If you received an item that is damaged, please contact customer service at the “Contact US” link located at the bottom of the Home Page.
Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. All original packaging and hangers must also be included in the return. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, please contact Customer Service at the “Contact US” link located at the bottom of the Home Page.
Exchange and Return process:
Please log into your account and review the order/item you would like to return.

Key in your order#, reason you would like to return/exchange and a phone number where we can reach you.
We will send you a USPS return label.
Place your return slip, return item(s) in their original packaging
Apply your return shipping label on outside of your sealed shipping box.
Refunds
Returns may take us up to 7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
